General Information

• Each wristband or admission ticket is valid for one person only, regardless of the purchaser.

• Wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases where they have been used, lost, or stolen.

• Any wristband that is lost, removed, or tampered with will be considered invalid and will not be replaced.

• Attendees must wear their wristbands at all times while inside the event area. Wristbands are non-transferable.

• Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or changes will be permitted under any circumstances.

• The event schedule and artist lineup are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability

• The Organizer shall not be held financially or otherwise responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, confiscated, or misplaced during the event, regardless of the cause.

• By entering the event, attendees grant consent for their names, images, voices, writings, or personal information captured during the event to be used, reproduced, and distributed worldwide, in perpetuity, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising, or any other purposes by S2O Factory Company, its affiliates, contractors, partners, or assignees.

• The Organizer reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the venue in order to prevent hazardous overcrowding.

• Attendees acknowledge and agree that S2O Factory Company and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, death, or damage to persons or property, except in cases resulting from the Organizer’s negligence.

• The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, savings, business opportunities, reputation, or contractual relationships.

• The Organizer shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with the event or its cancellation, including travel, accommodation, or related arrangements, without exception.

• The Organizer shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of the venue operators that result in personal injury, loss, or damage to property, unless such acts or omissions are caused directly by S2O Factory Company.

• S2O Factory Company and its staff accept no responsibility for personal belongings. Attendees are advised not to bring valuable items or large amounts of cash, as cashless payment systems and ATMs are available within the event area.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees as soon as possible. However, ticket holders are responsible for checking whether the event has been canceled or rescheduled. The Organizer is under no obligation to refund or exchange tickets if the event program is altered for any reason.

• The Organizer accepts no liability for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used after being received by the purchaser. Ticket holders are responsible for safeguarding their tickets and personal information.

• Once a purchase transaction has been completed, tickets are non-refundable and non-upgradeable under all circumstances.

• In the event of any changes to event details, including date, time, venue, or conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to make final decisions at its sole discretion.
